There will be an exciting musical lineup for the weekend.  Thursday's Flavors of Southeast Asia Gala Dinner will feature foods from the countries of Indochina, a wide selection of beer and wine, and live musical entertainment.  Music for the main Seafood Fest event will run continuously from 6pm to midnight on Friday and noon to midnight on Saturday (with a short break during the Bridgefest fireworks on Saturday night at dusk).  The entire musical lineup and performance times can be viewed here.

The City of Houghton reminds everyone that parking at the Kestner Waterfront Park is limited, so please consider using one of the parking lots in downtown Houghton.  Houghton City Transit Buses will run along Lakeshore Drive from downtown to the waterfront park every ten minutes and will pick you up for free!  Just wave to hail and flag them down!  Buses will run from 5pm to midnight on Friday and from 11am to midnight on Saturday.

Would you like to volunteer at Seafood Fest?  We can't make this event happen without the help of community members like you.  If you would like to volunteer, click here and tell us when you would be available Thursday or Friday evening, or on Saturday between 11am and midnight.

The Houghton Rotary Seafood Fest is held in conjuction each year with Bridgefest.  To see a calendar of all weekend activities associated with Bridgefest 2011, click here.
